風險管理學報訂閱單

             1. 風險管理學報是由中華民國風險管理學會所發行的正式刊物。每年發行

        三次，分別於五月、七月、十一月發行。

             2. 訂閱風險管理學報費用為：臺灣地區個人每年NT$600，共三期
        ；圖書館或機關團體每年NT$1,000；海外地區個人每年US$30；海
        外地區圖書館或機關團體每年US$50。

             3. 臺灣地區訂閱請以郵政劃撥、郵政匯票、支票方式匯款。劃撥
        帳戶－中華民國風險管理學會，劃撥帳號－16047623。郵政匯票
        買受人－中華民國風險管理學會。支票抬頭－中華民國風險管

        理學會。

  1. Journal of Risk Management is the official publication of the Risk Management Society of Taiwan, R.O.C. It is published  in May, July and November. Annual subscription rates are NT$600 for Taiwan individuals；NT$1,000 for Taiwan libraries and organizations；US$30 for overseas individuals and US$50 for overseas libraries and organizations. Overseas subscribers are requested to make their bank drafts or international money order payable to the Risk Management Society of Taiwan, R.O.C., 3F, 181, Sec. 3, Minquan East Rd., Songshan District, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C.
