1. 本刊徵求在風險管理相關領域之學術理論或應用上有貢獻，且未在其他刊物發表或獲准發表之論文。
   
2. 來稿請以中文或英文撰之，由左而右橫式打字。

1. Manuscripts should be written either in English or in Chinese.
   
2. Manuscripts for consideration of publication should be sent in quadruplicate to:

3. Manuscripts should be typewritten on one side of the paper only, double-spaced with wide margins. All papers should be numbered consecutively. Titles and subtitles should be short. References, tables, and legends for figures should be typed on separate pages. The legends and titles on tables and figures must be sufficiently descriptive such that they are understandable without reference to the text.

4. The first page of manuscript should contain the following information: (i) the title; (ii) name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s); (iii) and abstract of no more than 150 words; and (iv) a footnote which gives the name and present address of the author to whom
   correspondence should be addressed. And the whole manuscript should be limited in no more than 20,000 words, including the abstracts, tables and figures.

5. Important formulae (displayed) should be numbered consecutively throughout the manuscript as (1), (2), etc. on the right side of the page. Where the derivation of formulae has been abbreviated, it is of great help to references if the full derivation can be presented on a separate sheet (not to be published).

6. Footnotes should be kept to a minimum and be numbered consecutively throughout the text with superscript Arabic numerals.

7. The References should include only the most relevant papers. In the text, references to publications should appear as follow: "Fama (1976) reported that..." or "This problem has been a subject in literature before [e.g., Fama (1976, P.102)]". The author should make sure that there is a strict "one-to-one correspondence" between the names (years) in the text and those on the list. At the end of the manuscript (after any appendices), the complete references should be listed as:

   *Note that journal titles should not be abbreviated.

8. Illustrations should be provided in quadruplicate (1 original drawn in black ink on white paper +3 photocopies). Care should be taken that lettering and symbols are of a comparable size. The drawings should not be inserted in the text and should be marked on the back with figure numbers, titles of paper, and name of author. All graphs and diagrams should be referred to as figures and should be numbered consecutively in the text in arabic numerals. Graph paper should be ruled in blue and grid lines to be shown should be inked black. Illustrations of insufficient quality that have to be redrawn by the publisher will be charged to the author.

9. All unessential tables should be eliminated from the manuscript. Tables should be numbered consecutively in the text in arabic numerals and typed on separated sheets

10. Authors of accepted manuscripts must supply disks of 3.5 inches, containing their work. Word 2000 or Scientific Word is preferable.All manuscripts which do not conform to the above instructions may be returned for the necessary revision before publication.

11. Page proofs will be sent to the authors. Corrections may be sent to the author too. 25 reprints of each paper will be charged from the author about US$ 30.
    

1. 稿件之評審由編輯委員及相關研究領域之學者擔任。

2. 總編輯將就來稿之性質，與相關領域之編輯委員討論後決定評
   審人。

3. 稿件將由兩位專家學者評審，每位評審閱稿後，決定是否直接
   刊登、略為修改後刊登、大幅修改後刊登或不適合刊登應予退
   稿。

5. 稿件評審之評審意見將函送投稿人，本刊並將告知稿件處理方式。
   
6. 投稿人收到評審意見後，若有異議，歡迎提出書面答辯及說明，編輯委員會視情況送交原審查委員參考或另聘委員審查。並於期限內通知投稿人最後結果。
